Bajun Mavalwalla II a 35 year old former Army Sergeant who walked combat patrols in the birthplace of the Taliban was at home in Spokane Washington helping his girlfriend move. Instead of a moving truck he was met by a fleet of FBI tactical vehicles and agents in full gear. They shackled him in front of his family not for a crime of violence but for a 10 second interaction at a protest a month earlier.
This is the first time in American history that a citizen has been slapped with a federal conspiracy charge for protesting ICE. It is a surgical escalation designed to do one thing turn a decorated veteran into a test case to see exactly how much of the Constitution they can shred before the public notices.

The incident happened on June 11 2025. ICE had detained two Venezuelan asylum seekers men who were in the country legally and had attended every hearing during a routine check in. A crowd gathered to peacefully block the transport bus.
