Renee Good Is Dead - Pregnant Girls, Blue Butterfly Zones and ICE’s Moral Collapse

EyesOn Intel 03.02.2026-Episode 23

Eyes on Intel

Release Date: March 2, 2026

Episode Summary
A U.S. citizen mother is shot dead in her driveway. Young girls - some only 13 - are funneled into a Texas facility with a history of medical failures. Isolated “Blue Butterfly” units hide teenagers. Agents face charges for sexual abuse. Judges threaten contempt. This is not one scandal. This is the system under Operation Metro Surge.

In this episode we connect every piece and ask the moral question no one in power wants answered: when does “following procedure” become indefensible?

Full Episode Transcript (lightly edited for readability) is below, with photos, sources, and key timestamps.

1. The Killing of Renee Good – A Mother Shot in Seconds

Renee Nicole Good, 37, was driving her SUV with her partner and young son when ICE Agent Jonathan Ross opened fire. Three shots. Head, chest, arm. One fatal. All in under a second. She was a U.S. citizen in her own neighborhood.

Key facts
• Agent Ross had been dragged 100 yards by a driver just six months earlier and received 20 stitches.
• He remains on full duty - no suspension, no charges, no bodycam footage released.
• Family has received zero contact from investigators.

2. Medical Neglect Inside ICE Facilities

Detainees wait months for cancer screenings, diabetes treatment, and emergency care. One 51-year-old man reported blood in his urine and was ignored until it was too late.

This is not isolated - it is policy under the surge.

3. Agents Charged with Serious Crimes

Associated Press investigation (ongoing since 2020): at least two dozen ICE officers and contractors charged with sexual abuse of detainees, domestic violence, and taking bribes.

Specific cases:
• December 2025 - Contract officer David Courvelle pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a woman in Louisiana custody.
• 2022 - Former deportation officer Andrew Golobic indicted for sex trafficking.

4. The Texas Pipeline: Pregnant Girls as Young as 13

The Guardian (March 1, 2026) exposed the policy: every pregnant unaccompanied girl in federal custody is now sent to one single facility - Refugio San Benito / Urban Strategies in San Benito, Texas. At least half the pregnancies are rape-related. Texas’s abortion ban makes care impossible. The facility was previously flagged by ORR for inadequate medical care.

Why this matters
Former ORR official Jonathan White: “It’s a choice to ensure zero abortions… All they have to do is send them to Texas.”

Blue Butterfly Zones at Dilley
Nearby South Texas Family Residential Center has segregated “Blue Butterfly” units for girls under 18 - restricted access, minimal oversight, some girls vanishing from records. “Blue Butterfly” is the exact symbol used by Virginia Giuffre’s SOAR organization for sex-trafficking survivors.

Documented pattern of abuse
• 1,224 sexual assault complaints in ICE detention 2010–2017 (The Intercept, 2018)
• Viral video of agent following handcuffed woman into porta-potty (Minnesota, 2025)

Demand
Independent DNA testing of every pregnancy - outside ICE/ORR/DHS control. Anything less is evidence destruction by design.

5. Judges Threaten Criminal Contempt

Minnesota Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz publicly warned ICE and DOJ leaders of potential criminal contempt charges for repeatedly defying court orders during Operation Metro Surge.

6. Agents Impersonating Local Police

Agents pose as regular police - fake badges, uniforms, even claiming to search for a missing 5-year-old at Columbia University. This destroys community trust and turns every legitimate police interaction suspect.

7. Tear Gas, Fines and Combat-Zone Tactics

Portland ICE facility now fined every time tear gas drifts into public streets. Federal judge issued injunction after repeated use against peaceful crowds.

Truths that can not be ignored:

One system. One moral failure. Speed and volume over human life.

We owe Renee Good’s family transparency.
We owe every detainee medical care.
