There is a complete absence of visible dents, crumpled body panels, or significant deformities that would indicate the van forcefully rammed a heavy law enforcement vehicle.
Surveillance footage shows an unmarked dark ICE SUV attempting to cut off the white van, forcing both vehicles to veer off to the side of the road.
The white van then shifts into reverse briefly before moving forward to pull over a few houses away.
