Trump administration officials reportedly met with separatist activists from the Canadian province of Alberta as relations with Canada continue declining, leading to some international leaders accusing the U.S. president of “treason.”
U.S. officials met with leaders of the Alberta Prosperity Project this week, a right-wing group of separatists that wants Alberta, an oil-rich province in western Canada, to become an independent territory of “The Great White North.”
Phenomenal breakdown of the financail engineering here. The 4.5x markup on that GSA lease is absolutely egregious and the fact that its camouflaged in a suburban business park makes it even worse. I worked on commercial real estate deals before and this SPV structure is textbook liability dodging. Follow the money always exposes the motives, and this one's prettyy blatant.
This is exactly the point of my questions regarding governor wes moores progressivism in Maryland a 100 million dollar detention center in a suburb there In addition he’s opening a data center in spite of organized protest against it He definitely needs to answer questions about his brand of “ progressivism” I saw his interview with Chris Hayes on Friday night The questions were softball he didn’t ask him about the detention facility or the data center It was disappointing to see Chris Hayes do such a snow job on viewers like me
Appreciate this closer look at how the detention center industry is functioning to embed and enrich itself in “average America suburbia. Also appreciate how awareness and fighting came. We have to fight this too. Still not sure how they have gained permission uber style to bypass penal industry oversight rules ? I need to read it again for clues.
