Content: Suddenly three boxes are magically checked plus full officer signature added.
Even if Document 2 was authentic, you can clearly see at the top it says Form I-200. An I-200 is an administrative warrant, signed by an agency official - not a neutral judge or magistrate. According to Fourth Amendment protections, an administrative warrant does not provide the legal authority to enter a private residence without consent. DHS tried to pass agency stationery off as a judicial mandate.
