Eyes On Intel: She Didn’t Flinch & The Consulate Breach

Wednesday, January 28, 2026

The gloves are off.

In today’s episode, we break down the attempted intimidation of Representative Ilhan Omar and her refusal to back down. We also look at the identification of the “Ghost of Minneapolis” suspect and expose a flagrant violation of international law by ice agents at the Ecuadorian Consulate. Plus, a major legal victory proves that the courts can still hold the line if we keep the pressure on.

The Stories

She Didn’t Flinch

We discuss the chemical attack on Rep. Ilhan Omar at her Tuesday town hall. Despite being sprayed with an unknown substance, Rep. Omar refused to leave, finishing her event and stating, “I learned at a young age that you don’t give into threats.”

Suspect Identified

The “Ghost of Minneapolis” has a name. Police have identified the attacker as 55-year-old Anthony Kazmierczak. He has been booked into Hennepin County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Diplomatic Incident at the Consulate

Video has surfaced of ice agents attempting to force entry into the Ecuadorian Consulate in Minneapolis, a direct violation of the Vienna Convention. Agents were filmed threatening staff who physically blocked the doorway.

“Juan” Released

Following public outcry and a hearing before Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz, the Ecuadorian national known as “Juan” has been released from federal custody. Judge Schiltz cited “extraordinary violations” in the agency’s handling of the detention.
